Returns & Refund Policy

How long do I have to return an item?
All Sakk products have a 30 days from delivery return period.

What are the return conditions?
Items must be:

• Unused
• With original tags
• In the original packaging

How do I request a return?
Start by emailing us directly at info@sakkgear.com , providing the order number & a photo of your order. All returns are subject to approval after checking the item’s condition. 

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. It is best to return your original item and place a new order.

How long do refunds take?

Once the item is returned to our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 24 hours.

Please note that depending on your bank and country, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
