Nomad Laptop & Camera Sling Bag | Crossbody Tech Pack for Creators

The nomad sling is the bag I was looking for. My requirements - separate compartment for 14inch MacBook Pro that fits it comfortably. Waterproof. Only minor gripe would be the strap which could be widened to be less fatiguing on the shoulder. I bought an aftermarket strap pad to add to the original one. Helps a ton

I bought this bag because I needed to be able to take my laptop and camera together. When I received it, it looked way too small, but it easily fits a 14" laptop, a Canon R5 II with 24-70, and a small water bottle - just what I wanted to load it out with. It's surprisingly comfortable, and looks very low-profile, which I enjoy. The build of the bag is pretty good too

There are quite a few thoughtful organizational pockets, inside the main compartment which are great for accessories like memory cards, card readers and so on. There's also a hidden pocket right at the back of the bag, that might be great for a small notebook or ND filters.

The only faff I've found is the magnetic clip that covers the zips - it helps keep the bag from flopping open when the zips are open, but it also feels slightly cumbersome when wanting to grab my laptop.

I almost didn't buy this bag. I was looking in the reviews to see what laptops it might fit. The description says 13" so I wasn't sure, but I had a hunch that my 15" macbook air might fit, and it does PERFECTLY. It does have to be unzipped fully. But it could not be more made for it. Sakk really should update the description. I also have and Canon EOS R6 Mark II w/24-70mm lens attached that fits perfectly. It probably could fit a 70-200mm 2.8 as well, but I've just got accessories for now. The smaller pockets are decent, I wish they were a bit more accessible or just able to be organized and reached easier. The way the compartment is there is a slight overhang or lip so I do have to pull the camera out a certain way, but it's not totally a knock. It just slows me down, but actually probably makes it more secure. The material is great, I haven't taken it out anywhere but it feels waterproof and durable. I've looked at Timbuk2, Chrome, Peak Design, Nomatic, Wandrd, Moment Bags, Think Tank and others. I do my research. They all have weird quirks that didn't seem right. I've had Pelican and the Burton snowboards photo bags. Those were more for bigger jobs, but I think this backpack is going to be just right for a personal item on planes or just everyday to carry pretty much the essentials. If I had to make some complaints they would be extremely minor like every so slightly changing the angles of the compartments or maybe adding a hidden water bottle pouch. Or even a more comfortable shoulder strap. That's super nitpicky and as of right now I really have no complaints. Just potential improvements. This bag is a steal at $99 and then with the 10% off. I wish I found this sooner.

This is my current every day bag. I typically carry a Nikon Z6III, Leica SOFORT 2, and a 14 inch Macbook Pro to the office. I can easily swap the Leica for a lens and carry some acessories. It's too cramped to easily carry the power cord for the laptop, and the bag gets super busy if you start throwing in lens caps, power bricks etc. Materials are quality, so far waterproofing has held up, and early durability appears to be good as well. Not a fan of the strap, always seems to be twisted. Love the magnetic clasps.

The bag is very well made, but after I fit my Hasselblad X2D2 with 20-35 lens and extra 35-100mm and my iPad Pro, there is only enough room for some spare batteries and filters. With a smaller camera and lens combo, i can fit a small drone and controller as advertised. This is not a big issue, if I were to take photos and also film with my drone, I would use a bigger backpack. With the weight of alI the gear, I would think the shoulder strap and padding could be a bit wider, so that with a full load it does not dig into your neck and shoulders. Right now, I have put a guitar strap pad on, which reduced the digging into my neck. Hope this information can help to make a good product even better!

Well made and well thought out. Enough space for a medium sized body (Z8), and a couple of lenses. Not quite enough for a Z9 but that's to be expected.

Great bag for quick photo jobs & air travel. My partner reminded me I could slip the back of the bag over the long arm handle on my roller case. That's cool when strolling through the airport.

I've spent a couple of years looking for a camera bag that didn't look like a camera bag. And could carry laptop too. And this sling bag is finally the answer. Carries two DSLRs, with lenses attached and a spare prime lens too. It's weather resistant, which matches both cameras. Perfect.

Excellent value for money camera sling bag. Fits a small 14” laptop plus a large mirrorless camera and medium sized telephoto lens eg. 70-200mm. Quality weather resistant material, quality zips and lots of zippered pockets. Only downside is that the strap is set up for crossing your left shoulder with the bag on your right hip. You can’t reverse the strap if your wear it the other side ie. left hip. The shoulder strap has a comfortable padded section that if want you can un-Velcro and remove. The strap is just long enough for me and I wear it fully extended (5’ 11” and 100kg). They delivered the bag within 4 days - very happy with the product and service from Sakk.

The bag is really great, makes easy to accomodate and carry around my normal set of one full frame mirrorless camera with small zoom or a 50/85mm as well as a smaller camera like a Fuji X100F, as well as a small flash or additional lens, plus batteries, keys, wallet and personal stuff. It can also accomodate an iPad. East to carry and use thanks to the slim form factor and the super large shoulder pad, the numerous and well placed double zippers. Really a well thought through product and executed. One glitch is related to the absence of a label indicating the materials and the production where the bag is made, it should really be there.

First let me say great satchel holds everything I need in the best form factor.

Im just gonna focus on the two improvements I'd love to see in v2

1) the magbtic clasp, is a slight security risk but more so it can and has come undone on me unintentionally, hikes etc.

2) the main compartment has an overhang that can make it difficult to access a full frame camera with a decent size lens. It requires you to open the bag more fully which in my case on hikes etc can be risky other items falling out.

By not means deal breakers but it can be improved.

This is a real 'Goldilocks' bag. Just the right size for the gear needed for a day out. Well made, comfortable, good value.

Perfect for my everyday shoots

by far one of the best slings I've used. I've used everything from the AER travel sling to DSPTCH sling small to carry my 14 inch laptop and other nick nacks to work and this product byfar really has outdone itself.

If you would a dyneema version that has more premium inner stitching and high vis colors, I'd buy it again even it was 1.5X the price

I was about to purchase the Bellroy venture 10 L camera bag but after seeing this one YouTube review, I decided on getting the Sakk gear camera bag and I have zero regrets. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the pictures online shows two different versions of the bag one looks like an X PAC material and one looks like the material that I got delivered. Keep in mind that you are not going to get the X PAC material. Other than that, it’s a beautiful bag and it is well-made.

I bough tthis as a Christmas present for my best friend. He absolutely loved it. The compact nature, the size, its compartments and its versatility. I cannot understate how overjoyed he was and he is very particular about products and their quality versus price ratio. It was the perfect Christmas gift for him and arrived in time for him to appreciate something he always wanted. Thank you Sakk

The sling bag is discreet and stylish. It can hold my full frame mirrorless camera with a zoom lens along with 2 prime lenses. There are also several pockets including one that fits my 14" laptop.

I did roamed about town with this bag with my camera and one time during the rain. Everything in the bag was dry.

Although I plan to travel light on my next vacation and not bring all my gear with me. This 9L bag has plenty of room for that.

If there is one thing I wish for is to be able to lengthen and shorten the shoulder strap with one hand.

Fits my Z8, two lenses and accessories, when the full rig is not required.

Very neat and well made yet holds everything I need and in a well organised manner. An easy 10/10
